This project was for a class assignment that instructed us to rebrand our hometowns. Newer branding freshens up the image of a town and can help attract visitors and potential residents.
My hometown is Iowa Falls, a small city in North Central Iowa with a population of about 5,000. The scenic Iowa River runs in the middle of it, and the red Oak Street Bridge is one of several bridges that cross over it. The community has a strong connection to nature and agriculture. The essence of the town is lively, friendly, and fresh, as reflected in the tone of the new logo I created.
